It was then Arkansas Attorney General Slickster who made a crude, unwanted sexual advance when he exposed his penis to Paula Jones, a subordinate state employee, and asked her for oral sex which caused this entire debacle. In a sexual harrassment case, it is common practice to bring as evidence a pattern of sexual behavior on the part of the accused which would substantiate the allegations of the accuser.
