Only 6,000,000 shares or so left of IVI due to people exchanging them and US holdings.
I would NOT pay a premium, but I am not investing in an RRSP. Institutions and mutual funds that are concerned about foreign content are (that is what IVI states, or so a friend tells me). It makes sense, but over time all of it should net out and there should be NO premium. As CMIV moves up, IVC will follow.

I can't believe we are still stuck here below 10...ps. I own both IVI and IVC shares...

the price has baisically recovered, but we need some kind of announcement (contract) to push us up over 10 bucks.
