Well, here in the Great White North, the lemmings are on to bid.com aka bii.to . People seem very cocky about that one now that its up over 5, they can't figure out why it ain't moving like the US ones...

I had to check the quote for ebay myself, nearly fell off the chair.

Guess I got off lucky with only a few puny OTM puts. However, I recalled how my dad's office manager needed the morning off in 1981 or so to rush downtown to buy silver @ 38 an ounce...and a summer helper blowing his $ 800 earnings for the summer on 20 measly ounces...Silver's back to 5 bucks 18 years later...

Books and furbies ? I knew we had a new economy but come now...

To your DAQ de-listing question, there are a bunch of exceptions to the modified net
asset value test of $4 mill; I think that is the current number. I don't remember all the
in's and out's, but not to worry, AMZN is in no danger, otherwise the DAQ would look
like cheap crooks. -g- Call the DAQ if you really want to find out how one escapes the
shun to the OTC or BB.

IS,

I did read the NASDAQ requirements when the KTEL notice came to light. It is located somwhere on the NASDAQ site but I am too lazy to look at present. I do recall that a company only need to meet one of two criteria. One is a net tangible asset value of $4 million or something close to that. The other was a market cap above $400 million (I do not recall the exact figure). KTEL had neither. AMZN is not presently in danger of having the market cap fall below $400 million near term to say the least. The net tangible asset value is not an issue until that occurs.
