Janice, Back to the questions you so graciously answered for me and this in particular: 8) What were the results and venue of the arbitration hearing you posted about a few months ago? Mikey appeared, made a scene, and stormed out. Initially WellRich thought it had won by default, but that would only have been the case if he'd failed to show up altogether. Attempts to schedule a further hearing failed, and so WellRich sought a Motion to Compel Arbitration. Jihad's post proclaiming the granting of the motion described a FEDERAL COURT ... surely she knows the difference between Federal and State Court, because this motion is filed in STATE DISTRICT COURT. Are these still one and the same, or what am I missing here. Hogger, Adm(Hon) Injun/Mick/etc
