Chuck, The difference between you and SI is that you are a daytrader and SI holds a longer term position. This difference itself necessitates different strategies and perspectives. Your losses are not going to be as high, but SI may be burnt severely - of course I'm assuming YHOO does not tank.

If it does crash, both of you will have almost equal gains on the day YHOO crashes. In either case, you emerge as someone who is taking a small portion of the risk, and SI is taking a larger risk....

Am I wrong in my assessment ?
