Italiana, excellent post. You've been able to sort through the half ton of garbage posting and get at the facts. In short, IFLY's business plan is an excellent vehicle for the Co. to capitalize on the huge internet travel market.

In response to your question about what has happened to cause the sudden drop...again briefly stated......greed and fear. Everyone was anticipating the new web site. It's been no secret. The stock ran up in anticipation of the new web site news release and sold off after the news was released. Mis-information about the stock has been circulating and panic selling has combined with profit taking to make IFLY a shorter's dream. When the dust settles, IFLY will find new investors.

Amigo Sergio

I think that the disappointing performance of IFLY is not due to criminal activities or warrants, but to excessive hype and expectations before the news release (of the new web site). Ideally, what you are looking for is a stock which is not being followed (few message boards on the stock and few messages), but significant news has just come out or is about to come out. In the case of IFLY, I think that the tip-off was that there were 20,000 messages on the Yahoo board; obviously, a lot of people knew about IFLY and were anticipating a big move.
