DIPL for anyone interested: I have done some DD on DIPL and called the IR department as well and ordered as much information from them as I could. So far the company seems very good. Small float and small outstanding share count. Rapid revenue growth from internal growth of acquired companies and they are earnings positive. I also like the fact that they sold of the Biobottoms division which was not making money, they did it quick once they saw it was not working out that, in my opinion that means management is watching the shop closely.

Brownstone Woman, Brownstone Studio, and Lew Magram are very good high end working women's clothing. Ecology Kids seems to be a good new line with lots of growth potential especially with the Warner Bror. connection to allow them to use Looney Tunes for diapers and other garments. Plus this line is sold at over 500 hundred retail accounts including Walmart.

I think as the website gets going the company will do well because of its high end customer base, rich working women. They will be able to order cloths from work right over the Internet. Even moderate sales from their web site will be good because they are already making money from the current operations and the Internet site will allow greater economies for the companies current operations.
