8) What were the results and venue of the arbitration hearing you posted about a few months ago? Venue? The hearing was held in a conference room in the offices of the arbitration firm, according to Spidey. I could dig up the reference, but then, so could you. Jihad's post proclaiming the granting of the motion described a FEDERAL COURT ... Just a mistake, I think. You'll recall that I said it was a District Court matter, and Spidey called me a liar. Many times.

Hogger, what proof, if any, do you have the Spidey just doesn't make everything he says up? He's never (to the best of my recollection), ever cited a source for anything he says. I'm sure you agree that court testimony under oath is about as reliable a source as we have under our judicial system. Thus, you would also have to agree that anything Spidey has said and continues to say that contradicts court testimony is wishful thinking at best and a complete fabrication at worst. Correct? - Jeff Edit: Wow. Spidey just went on record as naming AZNT as his source! I have printed that reply just in case it disappears. (g)
