Vlad,,,,do you see the conflicts that this causes with Astra and Janssen????

If LLY is allowed to market Muse/Alibra in the USA with the lead in to market ICOS oral Ed solution 2 years down the road.

Astar and Janssen have both signed exclusive agreements with VVUS ...they can not sell other ED solutions.

Astra and Janssen are only licenced to sell MUSE.

LLY may want to sell Alibra in the same markets that Astra and Janssen are now selling MUSE.

It opens up a very interesting and complex sales deal for all parties.

Not an easy yes/no pick partner A or B..........

That's why they need the expertise of CS First Boston to help work out the details.

All of this takes time......

Dont count ASTRA out yet they put up alot knowing Viagra was coming and continued all the way....
They will give LLY a fair fight to protect there investment...
This kind of money is a drop in a bucket to the likes of an ASTRA

And a fair QUESTION:

Did Wilson take a pay cut with all the cost cutting going on my losses are as big as his paycheck...
food for thought hmmmm
