Ed I am inclined to agree with your analysis as the pundits indicate that once we get through the Jan effect and the euphoria, or at least what should be considered as positive news of earnings from the retail segment the slow down of new money, lack of action in the first quarter for retail the period of mid Feb through April appears to be a time for pause. That said however I sense that FHT is determined to transform their business and image. Should they gain recognition as a potential player in this growing retail segment FHT's price may continue to rise as they are awarded a premium P/E. Depending on the degree of FHT's sucess they could have much more upside potential (over the longer haul) than your analysis indicates.
