M. you are not missing anything. i think we have around 40mm shs out. that aside though, the street wants action, in other words they want production, results and profits. hopefully, we will be moving on all fronts in 1999. first of all the kaz govt has to prove that they can behave like honest people and allow companies to move forward and repatriate profits. so far they have failed to do this. remember commie aparachiks are running the show as disquised free traders. but their way of thinking it is hard for them to see companies make money. they are the only ones who are suppose to make money. the true test will come when we get production going and make profit. then we will see. the oil property alone, if it were in the US would have a value of somewhere around $5 per share . that tells it all when we are selling for .30. vargas
