Wow, lets hope the same happens for MDIN! Some in the know for MDIN give a favorable ruling to MDIN a worth of approx 80 cents a share. Hoping we hear something soon. You might try THE CHIEF. He seems knowledgeable about Canadian court decisions involving gold as he is currently invested in RKR.V (Rock Resources) who is expecting a big decision from British Columbia concerning their former mining claims there.

GDSEF is Goldstake Mining. It is listed on the Toronto stock exchange and trades under the symbol GXP. Your mentioned that you heard that they won a major lawsuit against Homestake, where did you here this info and when (recently?). Please provide any details. The reason that I ask, is that the company is currently in arbitration proceedings with Homestake. The first stage of arbitration is over, and the arbitrator's report has been delivered to the company's lawyers. However, the content of the arbitrator's report has not yet been released publicly. The company is expected to release news this week (probably tomorow after the closing bell) as to the content of the arbitrator's report. The stock did double today on the TSE closing at 0.25 60k volume. 5 trades were made all within the last nine minutes of closing. Does this mean something, I really don't know. If you want more information on this company, there is a thread here on SI exchange2000.com

Link for the company's website goldstake.com
or call (416)861-3010 fax (416)861-1552 e mail gxp@goldstake.com

Hope this helps. Good Luck

Rob
