JP, Barbara and All, Regarding MS..... Mr Sheppard, we all agree, is hopefully the busiest guy around. I would like to point out on his behalf that it seems to me that he is doing extremely well at answering e-mail questions in a timely manner of late. He seems genuinely interested in helping us understand without disclosing any big stuff for the world to hear until they are ready. I LIKE IT. My impression is that many are hearing back from him regularly. I certainly am. My questions are not invasive. I don't try to box him in. I just ask for clarification on a technical aspect or on something one of us semi-quoted him on. He is most gracious and I sense things must be well under control in Ardsley based on his having a chance to reply to us. Just wanted to point out a good feeling I have since my feelings for management and partners and board are what I've placed my bet on. BTW, I asked about the emergency recovery system someone spoke of a couple of weeks ago. Obviously an important part of their marketing to big companies dependability-wise. MS said they did not have this before they had Siemens remote manage their system, but that this will be ramped in. Maybe not earth shattering but helpful and concise. BHunt
