I have just posted a note to Janice and one to you about how your post to Janice and other PM's had made me even more confused about what was happening, and now your post answering my questions directly just makes it an even bigger "custer-flop" ... inre: question #9, I can see how there is the very outside possibility that JJ just made a mistake, but that seem's rather unlikely, yet not totally impeachable .... I would like to see some other documents that were granted in Judge Denton's court. I sent for a court copy of this case, but captioned it with the wrong case number, so, I'll have to resend my request. I'm getting input that lends support to both of you ... Will the real truth please stand up? Hogger

notice janice will not tell us what wellrich hopes to get from this arbitration. Huh? Who ever asked? Last I heard--which was a long while ago--they sought $55,000 in unpaid commissions and a quantity of stock. I said it earlier, Spidey. You are seriously delusional. You need help.

the company says they were not present... I have to admit you stopped me dead in my tracks with the referenced post. Of course we always knew from various sources about your "relationship" to Mikey, but this is the first time you have attributed your words to AZNT. I want you to think long and hard about what you were told today by AZNT. Recall that the person who told you today there was no arbitration hearing yesterday is the same person who told you there was never granted a motion to compel, which case #A394435 proves otherwise. This is the same person who tells you things on the phone that directly contradict what he said in court under oath. This leaves two distinct possibilities: 1) you are being played for a fool as you do Mikey's bidding, or 2) you are actively participating with Mikey to manipulate AZNT stock via dissemination of false and misleading information over the internet. Which one is it? Don't worry, I don't expect you to answer that question publicly. But I do expect you to think about it privately. Think about the implications to your business and family when you are dragged into a courtroom by angry shareholders when, as Antibash likes to say, the "you know what" hits the fan. Start today. Tomorrow may be too late. - Jeff
