That is excellent information of which I had none of the details. My point is that if for some reason one or more of the licensees decides not to pay or to challenge the IP the others are likely to follow suit. If they do then it will be costly to fight them (in Japan supposedly). I am not forecasting what is going to happen I am just showing one possible outcome. One that I do not think is far fetched. Please understand if the royalties are due I believe they should be paid. I do not want you to get the idea that I am somehow trying to cheer on the non-payment of a just and legal transaction as this most likely is. The reality says however that just and legel doesn't always happen.
