Did you think that you owned all of the float? That con is only dated by the Spanish Prisoner as the oldest load of bull in the world. Plenty of time has passed since the initial reverse split. The company completed its creative phase for PMA and are now involved in distribution and promotion. Need I remind you that we are just one month into this and that sales are steady if not brisk. Staples shelving is days away and we are shortly going to hear the announcement of a 4th shipping of product. Also, Mikey Weinstein has been a top lawyer for Reagan, Perot, etc. He understands the nature of delicate negotiations with AOL, which I might add, DEPEND EXCLUSIVELY on the existence of damage to the company. Errors in stock price posting alone do not add up to any basis for a lawsuit. Depositions are NOT YET COMPLETED, but will be shortly. Gentlemen, we have been patient and I too am anxious to see this stock take off. Let us not get too caught up in the New Year's Panic and allow BNEZ and PMA to do its work.
