I try Chuzzlewit. Ive always liked cooking but had no time when I was working so much (not working now). I like seafood and any spicy foods. Ive been watching the cooking shows on PBS. Also I love wine since I am so near Napa - although I prefer french wines. BTW there was a chili cookoff a few years ago when I was in Dallas and the winner was some individuals modified Lawrys chili mix recipe. She used the chili mix to start and added her own spices. This vs. all the expensive restaurants that entered. Go figure.
