Goldman Sachs has been replaced by Sprott as the buyer of all blocks. Never on the sell side. I have know idea about news, but without question someone is accumulating. OSC laws require disclosure filling above 10%(?) of float holdings, in the U.S. 5%. Should learn soon who is the buyer. If the company is to be taken over what would be a value for a share. Difficult to figure, forgetting not the Compact Agreement if reached. There appears to always be shares always available so someone(s) not as positive. If the sells dried up I would be more confident. Any idea if Mitchell is attempting to list in the U.S.
