Good work JM, most has been said before, but your summary is very comprehensive.

I too feel that TSQD will realize a value higher than its current levels. However, until things get clearer, TSQD remains a risky OTC:BB stock. The trading ratio to DRIV has fluctuated wildly since the DRIV IPO, so no short term sure bets. But if you hold until the option is exercised (Dec. 30 2000, not 1999 - 24 months) you should be rewarded. The uncertainty is whether DRIV will be at $60 or $15 when it happens.

I have also spoken with the folks at TSQD, and get the impression they won't rush anything. TSQD has a solid business, which receives no intrinsic value. TSQD will have value whatever they do with the DRIV shares.

There is alot to evaluate about DRIV and TSQD, and these threads (DRIV and TSQD) are the best places to do so. Good luck all.
