At first, I wasn't going to respond to your note, because it would be like beating a dead horse (where the hell did that saying come from?) But, you inadvertently brought up a good point about hype. << You were a contributor to the hype by stating ... Ligands 4Q earnings should be looking good because of the Elan and warrant redemption deals". >> Right on! This was a misstatement on my part, and could quite conceivable be considered hype, intentional or not. But, what happened? I was shot down by several of the regulars on this thread, and they posted in considerable detail the errors of my ways. What a great way to deal with hype, huh! I was disgraced and embarrassed. Children threw stones at me when I walked down the street. Carjackers, here in Miami, turned up their nose at me and refused to carjack my car! One of my dogs fleas shot me the bird! I was wrong. I don't know how many times I have to apologize for this. But, I'll still insist that I have never had sexual relations with an intern! (however I have enjoyed an occasional BJ in the back seat of her car. <g>) Keep up the good work, Mr. Pylodictus olivaris. One of these days you might be able to retire on your LGND winnings!
