I agree with Joe that there should be little overhead between here and 43 and from there up it is in new territory.

Further, I believe that there will soon be a series of announcements as each of several new principal switching locations (Boston, Atlanta, NY) actually come on line. This will more accurately classify the company as a producer of services and revenues in a real sense, rather than just one that is starting to develop.

There are also those that have suggested that the company's desire to control its own fiber, rather than renting same during the development phase, might make it seek an acquisition of another more mature (a strange word to use in the infant IP carrier business) company that already has a sizeable network in the ground and lit up.

In both cases, IMHO that the combination of the company's Kiewit-based design/build/run culture with the network development, marketing and financial skills of the Scott/Crowe team should rapidly propel the stock into its new "post-40" price range.
