Lack of interest as a contrarian indicator.

It is really ironic that many stocks that do well attract little interest.
When Comsat was trading at 21-23, no one had any interest at all here. Same story when AT&T was trading at 23-24 a year or so ago.
SPSS may surprise us. They are rubbing a lot of sticks together and
just might succeed in lighting a fire. The best thing in their favor is
that they are broadening their product line and expertise at a time
when their markets are growing rapidly. It will not take very many
wins to significantly improve their bottom line.

SPSS on the move?

Hi, Marty!

What do you think of SPSS these days! Price rebounded from around $17 earlier this year to around $24 today. I've been carrying on a monologue on the other SPSS thread. It's amazing how Silicon Investor members tend to "school" around certain stocks and talk them to death (e.g. the Corel and AMD threads). Even Shaman Pharmaceuticals, near death (and rebirth?)at $.085 gets more attention than SPSS.
