BTW. In rereading the press release, I missed this the first time around: "detergents and adhesives." I knew about the detergent prospects, but had missed any prospects for adhesives. Looking back at the Oct 20, press release I saw this: "In other areas, HPBS is also expected to provide advantages as an ingredient in resins and adhesives. EBC is actively exploring these applications" also this: "Energy BioSystems has been in discussions with target companies, under confidentiality agreements, and is about to begin transfer of materials under contract." and this: "Studies over the last several months indicate that HPBS will be a lower-cost and potentially biodegradable building-block in the manufacture of detergents." and this: "then our scientists and engineers found that the novel enzymes they are creating have heretofore unknown properties." then our pro from MIT comes aboard - just the right person to exploit these new materials and prospects. As I said before, the fact he took the job is significant, IMO. The next year or two could be VERY interesting.
