Irrefutable fact! The company shafted us investors!! After the reverse split my equivalent shares of what I initially bought them at, computes out to $2.85 a share. The stock is now selling for less than 15 cents a share! I am down 95% from my initial investment because of what this company did to me. I feel they are directly responsiple for misleading us that they would never do a reverse split when in fact they were thinking about it at the same time they were saying otherwise. I have lost a lot of money over this stock and I am sure there are many more out there just like me. This stock has been a loser from day one and all the praises said about the current owner was just hopefull dreams. I don't think this guy has the expertise to pull it off. Maybe some of you diehards still feel this stock has a future. Well if you want to tie your money up for the next five years maybe and maybe not it might go up from where it is now. But it could also go down. My comments. I am not a happy camper as you can tell.

'hatcheteers'...'smear'...jeez, you know, gator, you've got stuff of value to say, but you're always itching for a fight with your words. There ARE less caustic ways to disagree with what someone posts, you know. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, as you've so often stated, and as you so freely voiced about Tom...so why not let folks have theirs without the personal comments and attacks if you disagree? This CAN be a great forum to exchange information, and for people to work together. I know for a fact that more people would contribute their ideas, their opinions for discussion, and their DD if not for fear of getting personally slammed for voicing them. JEM
