Dear James,

Thanks for all your work in trying to get the facts sorted out. One thing that I think is being interpreted incorrectly is the terms of the option for the 3,000,000 DRIV shares. The way I read it, the option must be exercised by December 2000. This does not mean the shares must be sold at that time. It seems to me the DRIV shares can be held indefinately and then either sold or distributed at some date beyond 2000. I agree with everyone who feels that the better aternative is a distribution of the DRIV shares to TSQD shareholders.

Does anyone know why Mr Ronning gave TSQD the option on the shares for a total of $1 in the first place?
