Chuzz, Dave, Thread,

I'm speechless at the run-up in TLAB, but will take it anytime. Now I'm too unfamiliar with the technical details of TLAB products, so maybe one of you telco experts here can shed light:

Since the $13+ day of 05/01 was (at least in my experience and understanding) more related to some takeover speculation than just the good outlook for '99, my question is: Who may have a real (product- or technology-wise) interest in buying TLAB in order to "fill holes" in his own product palette? I imagine it may not neccessarily be LU or NT, since they have a "complete" product palette themselves (LU may still have an interest to take-over TLAB in order to eliminate a competitor, I reckon).

Could it be CSCO? They certainly have the currency (high stock price).

Appreciate any brief comments, and good luck to all of us long TLAB,

Thomas
