To read Madera's 10KSB from nov 6th, just go to quote.yahoo.com type in WOOD, then click on SEC in the header above the quote, I think it is. It's about another three clicks to the 10KSB, which is a fanatastic read...no, the companies path is not 100% golden yet, but it was rosy enough to make me buy a lot more stock. The numbers are AUDITED. This company is fully reporting. No need to worry about the rules kicking in in July. WOOD is already there. Take care... Rick
