Linda, I found similar activity on the Jan 25 Calls, 1,325 contracts traded. First, I explored the bearish possibilities, but the largest Put volume I could find today is 769 contracts (Jan 40 Puts). Each of the February and April issues had even lower volume. Given the approaching expiration date, I view this activity as a bullish sign. I hope so.
