Come on...

By the time everything is STRONG BUY, the favoured customers will have sold; the next step is a downgrade to ACCUMULATE; if that doesn't scare the peasants out, the we get the HOLD; and if they still haven't generated a price at which they and their favoured customers are willing to buy, out comes the euphemisms for SHORT.

... or so it seems.

MB, Alex B upgraded today with a target price of 60.

Now why would anyone buy a loser like AMAT. Move down a few ticker symbols and enter AMZN, now that is a winner. Target of 60? AMZN can do that in one afternoon.
