don't know if you saw this somewhere. I got it in a daily email from a discount broker (SelfTrade):


TLAB- Down 4.6% Wednesday. Looking for a sign that this market has lost
touch with reality? CNBC reported Wednesday that the $2 billion jump in
TLAB Tuesday may have been prompted by an exec. missing an airplane.
Supposedly the CEO was to be in Phoenix for a conference, missed his plane
which started speculation that the reason he missed his plane was takeover
negotiations. I don't know if this is the reason for the stock move, but
the fact that CNBC would report this as a possibility say's a lot about the
market we are in.
