MO, Unfortunately, I am a mere mortal just like you. I don't know what can be done. I would guess that my ace in the hole was that Bob Wannabe was impersonating SI Admin (Bob) in an unflattering and pornographic way. I don't know if there is a rule at SI that posting publicly obtainable information on individuals is verboten. I agree that it is wrong, but if they do not have a previously existing rule they may not feel comfortable punishing somebody for it. I guess that I would file an appeal with a higher court. Have you individually petitioned Jill, Bob and Brad? Good luck, JXM

WAY OFF TOPIC AND I APOLOGIZE Ah! My friend who hides behind an alias. You still do not tell the true story. why not????? You have an advantage on me for you know who I am but I do not know who you are. You had all of the information that I provided to you, my name, address and e-mail address, and you threatened time after time to sue me. Why didn't you? We both know why. Are you now hyping stocks on other threads under other alias's???? You were posting juvenile, malicious, posts on SI and I thought you were a teenager playing games. When I traced your e-mail (easy to do since you posted it at your personal profile page) I found that it was registered to a teenager at the local high school. I published that information on the SI thread to embarrass you (in retrospect I should have left out the name), thinking that you would stop. But of course you did not, which says lots about your character. That was many, many months ago. You never did explain whether your daughter was using your e-mail address or you were using hers. No matter for you used another alias at that time. And now you are hiding behind another alias again and trying to get people banned for telling the truth? Sad sad. What exactly is your game?
