Robert, you were more right than wrong despite what the accountants and others had to say. IMO, the big thing that has been going on for the last six months is that LGND is going through the transition from research biotech to drug company. these companies are evaluated and valued differently but during the transition many have trouble dealing with this.almost like a baby being born and going through labor and delivery. almost all of the analysts understand this and, despite the price drops, almost all stuck by their ratings. now the company is about to come of age and they need cash to roll out their products. so the warrant conversion is very important and is another vote of confidence in LGND by large institutional holders. it is a major Q4 event and, as such, will be part of their quarterly report. don't let the bastards get you down.
