Hi, pd-- well, I went over what Madera has, step-by-step in this post...Ray Fernandez has stated that Madera's timber holdings are worth BILLIONS of dollars, but putting that on the books is problematic. What the auditors chose to do what lump the land all under one category, without taking into account how much of each species is on the land.
