Actually, the Pink Sheet refers to a newspaper listing mostly "penny stocks" (stocks trading below $5 per share). Before DGIV did that reverse merger with Ouzel Acquisition (a "shell" company) to get on the OTC BB two and a half years ago, the only place they could have traded was in the Pink Sheets.

Oddly enough, the people behind the Pink Sheets, the National Quotation Bureau, are hinting at an upcoming electronic version of the Pink Sheets on their Web site (http://www.nqb.com/)
