"It looks like 3million sh become unrestricted in January, but before everyone makes a big deal out of this, in the SEC filing on page 50(Bigwheel has posted this page in post # 25374) it states the following: In general, under Rule 144 under the Securities Act as currently in effect ("Rule 144"), if one year has elapsed since the later of the date of acquisition of restricted shares from the Company or any "affiliate" of the Company, as that term is defined under the Securities Act, the acquiror or subsequent holder is entitled to sell within any three-month period a number of shares that does not exceed the greater of 1% of the then outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock (approximately 76,000 shares immediately after the IPO) or the average weekly trading volume of the Company's Common Stock on all exchanges and/or reported through the automated quotation system of a registered securities association during the four calendar weeks preceding the date on which notice of the sale is filed with the Commission. Sales under Rule 144 are also correct me if I am wrong, but the most anyone can sell in any 3 month period is no more than 1% of shares outstanding(which is 7.5mill) that means if everyone who had a part of the 3 mill shares becoming unrestricted, all sold during the same 3 month period, we are only talking 75,000 shares or 25,000 shares a month, or 833 shares a day. BIG DEAL. Don't forget, that is if everyone sells the maximum amount that they can over the same 3 months. This is not a factor at all. " Just FYI
