This is the agenda we are waiting to hear about. Given the time estimates spelled out here, I am content to wait a bit longer. We should hear some details on financing and PR firms in the near future.

From the December 3 news release:

The accumulation of important player data and the software changes that are currently underway, are all directed toward the securing of financing for the mass production of the system. Although we do not have a definitive written commitment for financing at this time, the Company is pleased to announce that the results of ongoing discussions with various funding sources and the submission of a comprehensive business plan to support the planned use of funds, has led to the verbal statement as recently as yesterday that it appears that funding will be forthcoming within the next 3-4 weeks.

Additionally, the NorAm showroom in Las Vegas has been very busy with the demonstration of the ThunderBolt system and also a great deal of interest has been shown for the 90# Bingo equipment that is also on display.

NorAm has recently signed a sales contract for the 90# bingo system which will be installed in a casino in the Caribbean in December or early January, 1999. The equipment is currently in the Port of Miami awaiting shipment to it's final destination. Several 90# bingo systems have been quoted by the Company and are expected to be sold within the next 2-3 months. These sales will provide additional cash flow and will go far in assisting the Company to continue meeting it's financial obligations.

The Company also continues to be very involved in the South American market. The Company currently has agreements to provide ThunderBolt systems and lottery terminals to two countries in South America. Financing for the manufacturing of the terminals necessary to fulfill these contracts is part of the overall funding package that the joint venture partnership is in the process of securing.

Finally, in the ongoing effort to keep the marketplace informed about the Company NorAm is currently in negotiations with Investor Relations and PR firms. It is expected that NorAm will have engaged the services of a PR/IR firm by the end of this year.
