Bret I've been through all 3 levels, currently using the full boat. Light was good - I have 2 other at home bases with live feeds but no L2 so the execution platform was the way to go. Then I "had to" have the L2 so I went with Custom. The problem is I us multi monitors on all my machines (2-4 monitors each) and custom is a fixed page format. (What you see on their sight, is what you get. OK, if you're using single monitor and or 1 or 2 L2 screens (I forget) anyway... Put the extra trade on per month and go with the full boat. Nothing like full versatility, I don't even use the charts. A side note : Last week a router went down at Sprint (it's still down) but my point is to have backup ISP, but make sure they're on different backbones. The tecks at MB will only go so far. If they can't ping ya or trace ya., they'll tell ya "It must be your ISP" and leave it at that. And after verifying it wasn't my ISP and that I could get all over the net (other than tal.taltrade.com) there were no more answers to be had. Took me 6 hours of phone time just to find out there's almost nothing you can do, say, or reach, when it comes to the Sprint wall. I finally found a backbone with MCI (CWIX in the Naples area. Don't get me wrong, MBs group (I think) is far above the rest, but I was not at all happy with the response I got on this one. They left me hanging out in the wind to dry and blow away. (I won't forget it !) I'm still tradin there but it wouldn't take all that much .... Hey, The industry, as far as as real time/ execution/ charting combos, is still basically new and MB (I rate) as one of the top, but like any business I look at my costs and performance issues. joe Naples Fl
