If one is to buy the ADR's, what becomes of them when (and if?) the stock is listed on the Naz? Do the adr shares convert equally into one share of common or would there be other stipulations?

From your standpoint, does it make more sense to own the adr or the stock directly in Canada? I can play this either way, just not sure which is the optimal. I'm leaning towards the adr since the stock will be easier to play this way for the i-net traders in the US.
