Mr. Pink initiates coverage on CBIZ with a much feared rating of T3/F Management appears to be cooking the books and Mike "the Garbage Man" Degroot, can you say "Eh" is a master chef, if you know what He means. Company supposedly is consolidating the accounting industry but growth is lower than stated and the company pays much more for acquisitions than they claim...i.e. they value stock at 40pct discount...they also have lower internal growth than they claim. finally recent press release said they are focussing on internal growth which is a code for saying "our acquisition strategy has stalled out". Mr. Pink's price target is 7 bucks. Mr. Pink All opinions are Mr. Pink's who has a short position.
