I've had the same problem and am new to tc2000. Solution: Use the 800 number, it is 10 times faster on my machine and works! Imagine that. ;>)

A lot of TC2000 users posting on a Yahoo message board have addressed this problem. They all seem to say the solution is to delete the existing personal criteria formulas and re-enter them. Some close down TC2000 program, even close computer down, then start up again with a new download. Most claim this corrects their problem

Hey Don

here's my perceptions of downloads:

1) no new data is available until about 10:12 AM

2) on Monday mornings, it seems you get an update of the fundamental data first [if you dont update over the weekend], then the second time
around you get todays data

3) also seems to be the same thing weekdays if I update before [approximately] 6:45 PM eastern - that is, I get one update of "yesterdays data" before I get the 20 minute delayed data.

4) on the particular day I wrote in, there just didnt seem to be any
new data until about 11AM

anyway, this is not a rigorous study, but just what seems to happen

re support: support lines are generally crammed, you might do best in the early AM actually - I have gotten some help from the email support, but usually you get a rookie with boiler plate answer first, and then you get someone who can help the second time around - again just my experience

Bob

Don:

I had that problem three times. There may be better solutions, but this works.

Go to the first PCF that was not updated, make a small change. Save and update that one PCF. Go back to that PCF, undo the small change (back to original). Save and update again. All PCFs will be updated.
