The Briefing.com tech earnings calendar shows NVLS reporting Tuesday January 19 after the bell. Briefings calendar seems to be one of the more accurate I've found.

FWIW, they're showing AMD, BYND, INTC, LLTC, SEG, YHOO, AAPL, MOT, RATL, AUD, AMCC, IRF, MCHP, PRMS, and SYMC all next week. I suppose a couple of these could start a Nasdaq reversal also.

Also FWIW, they're showing ANET, ASND, CA, CPWR, FORE, INVX, LEVL, MOLX, QCOM, WDX, XLNX, XIRC the same night as NVLS, and per the SI calendar IBM and MSFT report that night also.

How's that for an answer.

PS: I just rechecked the SI calendar and it's filling in...can't vouch for the accuracy though.

For the last two years, NVLS announced year-end earnings on the third monday of January, before the market opened. Last year, this happened to be Martin Luther King day. During the conference call later that day, management apologized for the conflict.

I would guess (just a guess) that Tuesday morning before the market opens is the planned announcement.
