The vulnerable congressmen are those moderates.

Thats why I dont think Lott had anything to gain with his bipartisan censure agreement proposal (or whatever it was called). The moderate republicans are already gone, and the republican majority is lost in 2000 - too late to salvage now. "The Flynt Report" is going to be another nail in that coffin. Lott should just try to satisfy the far right at this point.
