James, it seems to me that there is lots of current information available at this point, and my guess is there is still a lot more coming. It is the responsibility of the Co. to inform it's investors, Not the responsibility of the investors to ask or dig or speculate at this point in the game. If this Co. had anything at all to offer they would have, but instead the investors sit at a total loss. Give us something to cling to (not call for more lies) something substantial.

James,
Being a policeman yourself, I am sure you can understand that sometimes these things take time. There are lots of things that companies (and people) can do that are not necessarily illegal, but are still crummy things to do.

For example, it would not be illegal, per se, to talk your Grandmother into signing over the deed to her house to you for a tax benefit, and then putting Granny and her stuff in the street after she does so. You may escape the authority of law, but you are sure to rot in hell for doing it.

So, if laws were broken, it is my opinion that the SEC will intervene and do their thing. If no laws were broken, the folks at EUTO will likely continue to do their thing, just with more people watching their every move, just waiting for them to get a little sloppy with something. It doesn't take the SEC to convince me that I have been screwed out of my money.

I do, however, think your idea of the "list of questions" has merit. I seem to remember answering a list of questions you posed to me, would you now allow me the same courtesy?

1. Have you ever made, or do you have knowledge of others with whom you communicate making threats of a legal, physical, financial, or any other nature, over the internet, telephone, by letter, or in person to those who have made posts or expressed opinions which are not in agreement with your own position in any particular given company?

2. Did you do the conversion offer? If not, why not? Were you advised not to? By whom? If so, what percentage fo your total holdings did you actually turn over to the company? (Not 'offered' to the company, but actually turned over)

3. How long have you known that Freedom, etc. are owned by Floyd and/or members of his family? If it was discussed previously on the thread, please direct me to the post.

4. In 1997, when were you first aware that the float had increased by 50 million shares?

5. In 1998, when were you first aware that the number of authorized shares had increased to 500,000,000?

6. Do you trade or control stocks for any individual or entity other than yourself?

7. When you made posts recounting conversations with people at Freedom, did you ever indicate that such conversations were actually with Floyd, his family members, or employees?

Like you said, If we are not going to get as much information as possible, then why still talk about it?

TIA,
Binder
