I have been a carpenter all my life.I have been the General on about 30 homes.I WOULD NEVER START A JOB,WITHOUT LOAN APPROVAL.Fist you get the loan approved.Then as the job goes , you pay your help first, suppliers second and what is left you keep.That is why every contractor adds about 20% to their bid ,for any problems that might pop up.Without the cash,you can't even get a Back-hoe on the site.
