You are correct (this time) how can anybody believe this Co. now? The Nays this time have the facts!! And my guess is these people will walk away after every dollar is gained. I did quite a bit of research and worked with the Co. on other investments that are now in trouble, so I speak from a person that knows first hand. You have the same information I do so why the support? if you don't stand to gain.

Hello James,

Have you looked at the stock price lately?? The ask is 0.0081
and the bid is 0.0079. With Yahoo showing the last block of
100,000 going at 0.0079. I would say the Nays definitely have the
upper hand.

Richard

Here's a plan to recoup our investment:

(Take this with several grains of salt.)
(Please feel free to embellish.)

EUTO expands in a new business direction, ever deft at staying afloat. EUTO lets contracts to a few good programmers. Over the course of two months, they develop a web site that offers the following:

* E commerce (buy vitamins, services, miscellaneous hooks)
* E mail (have free email, sponsored by advertising)
* E chat (free message boards)

EUTO issues glorious press releases:

* at initiation of development
* at a major milestone during development
* a week from completion
* at completion

The press releases tout the E-commerce aspect.

The internet-stock pump-and-dumpers have a hey-day (hay-day?) during the final week between the 3rd and 4th press releases. They quietly buy in and the stock creeps to .01. Then they shout about the potential and compare it to other e-commerce stocks (e.g., Amazon). The very next day, millions of shares turn over as the stock climbs relentlessly higher to $1.00. *Nobody* wants to be left out of yet another overnight success story. But YOU AND I GET OUT during this rise; cleverly we've entered our limit sell orders in advance so that it happens automatically. Of course, the MM's do several shakes during the day, causing the price to retest .01, but it finishes the day high, at about .50. That night, more touting and pumping ensues, as the P&Ders point out that the system will go on line in the next two days. The next morning, there is a slight rise (and the P&Ders sell the stock they repurchased the day earlier at the .01 retracement) and then the price mysteriously goes sideways. Over the next several days, the price slides (and slides and slides). The new investors are puzzled...

Now here's the good part. YOU AND I do not do any pumping. There are enough P&Ders out there pumping and dumping internet stocks that we can be passive (except for our sell limit order). All we need is for EUTO to come out with a good story; then the P&Ders will take over.

It's midnight. I must be dreaming...
