OK I figured it all out.
I couldn't sleep until I nailed it for me and my BETT followers. I took it on the chin for the team, but here it is, as simple as I can make it 2 a.m.
Here is what happened to BETT today (actually yesterday).
Betting Inc. merged with eBet.com (not www.ebet.com).
Betting Inc. focused on Perfect transactions and eBet.com on internet casinos/sportsbooks. They combined to form a new company called E-Connect. E-Connect will be divided into two divisions. E-gate which will be what BETT used to be, and will focus on Perfect transactions and equipment. The second division will be called E-Gaminig and will build, purchase, and operate online gaming companies (casinos, sportsbooks, etc..). E. James Wexler will be E-Connect's CEO. I assume, in the short run, he will run the E-gaming division. Tom Hughes will probably run E-Gate. This was a great thing for our share value...!!!

<E-Connect>
The new dual purpose gaming company.

It is the other way around. The press release should have said "eGate a division of eConnect and eGaming a division of eConnect." eConnect will have two divisions, eGate which is the old Betting, Inc. and eGaming which was eSportsbet. Go BETT!!! Scoobey
