Check out * 'Internet Star'.
This show has a BIG following.....

OWINGS MILLS, Md./PRNewswire/ -- Louis Rukeyser takes a bold look into the future as he presents the 12th annual edition of his perennially popular "Money Guide" special. "LOUIS RUKEYSER'S 1999 MONEY GUIDE" airs January 8 on PBS stations nationwide (check local listings). Rukeyser, the nation's most widely-watched economic commentator, considers the accelerating impact of the Internet and fears about Y2K melt-down, as Americans enter the final year of the century.
Rukeyser presides over a roundtable of leaders in a brave new Internet world: Scott McNealy, known as the king of computer networking, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Sun Microsystems, where "Java" the hot Internet product, was conceived. Mr. Rukeyser also welcomes Jerry Yang, "Chief Yahoo" of Yahoo! who gave the nation his brilliant "free to all" Internet service that spawned a billions of dollars advertising industry.* And, Internet star William Melton, chairman of CyberCash, joins the party with his finger on the pulse of financial transactions across the Internet.

Is there any patterns that can be read by insider transactions? The reason I ask is I have not seen any buys or sells on CIEN since October. Is there a block out period in the event of a merger?
Thanks Scott

Tim,

Another newtorker I like for a position trade is ACEC. It has been trending up in a trading channel since November and just bounced off the lower trendline a day or so ago. You might want to check it out.
