Val: No, I practice in S. Florida, but was a med student at NYU and we were the first class to train in the new Bellevue....the "panda project" of health care in the city, then!!! Regards

I didn't know that Panda needed a new auditor.

The last I knew, they hired an outside firm to do their own internal accounting and to help them look for a CFO. Melissa Crane was to be acting CFO until then. Now it looks like she's not 'acting' any more.

I wonder if the old auditor quit?

The Panda Project, Inc. (the "Company") has engaged Grant Thornton
LLP as the Company's independent accountants to audit the Company's
financial statements. The engagement is effective as of January 4, 1999.
