Jay Lowe, Thanks for the post on the SEC approval of OTC_BB filing requirements. It is my position that this requirement will benefit all investors and will improve one's ability to perform more complete and accurate due diligence. According the management of ITKG, they are well on their way to having their financials completed and ready for submission to the SEC. As a follow up to my statement , I will contact the management people and get a current "update" on their progress in this matter and will report back to this thread. I continue to look for substantial progress from ITKG within the next few weeks and am solid in my belief that they will provide the investment community with the needed "real" announcements for future growth.
