Bill. Maybe my answer is not quite what you think. Safeway is good and safe even in a downturn but I would go with Msft. I don't own either one of the stocks mentioned. But if you are talking in terms of 2 years, I would go with Msft. I will have to look at it seriously before it starts splitting on me. I wanted to change some of my stocks around today but was gone all day. I will do it today and let you know if I get Msft. All those stocks I want are over 100 now so I may go with what I always preach. Buy 50 of each of them and ride the split wave.
